We process reward requests within 24 hours, which means you need to inform us of a cancellation immediately. If we've already processed your request, we're unable to return your points to your account.
Changing your reward
In order to change your reward, you'll need to cancel your reward and place another request after we've returned the reward points to your account.
Cancelling your reward
If you wish to cancel your reward, please submit a request with the following information:
- Email associated with your Yuno acccount.
- Type of reward you requested.
- Date you requested the reward.
