What does this mean?
If your reward request has been rejected, you will receive an email with the subject line, "oh no. We can't approve your reward this time!". See below:
This means your reward request has been rejected and your reward points have been returned to your account. You can check your total balance here.
Why was my reward rejected?
We will reject your reward request if one of your surveys was rejected for quality purposes and you didn't reach the minimum points required to cash out. You can read more about this on our quality rejections help article.
My account is suspended
If you received this email and a block has also been placed on your account, you'll see the below message when you log into your account:
