After you request a giftcard, you can view the status of this on your Account Page. If you're unsure how to request a reward, see our Help Article here. Once you submit your request, you'll receive your reward via email within 48 hours (within 24 hours on weekdays). You can find below the statuses of your request:
Pending means we have received your request and it's waiting for approval. We run a quality check of all customers before approving reward requests.
Approved means we have successfully run a quality check and requested our reward provider, TangoCard, to issue the reward immediately. You should have also received an email from us saying your giftcard will be in your inbox within several minutes.
Delivered means your reward request has been sent by TangoCard and should be in your inbox. If it's not there, make sure you ensure you're checking the email associated with your Yuno account and also your spam folder.
